What happens when you call.
You speak with an attorney, not a screener, and there is no charge for that conversation. If we can help, we explain what we would do and what it would cost you, which is nothing up front and a percentage only if we recover money. If we cannot help, or if you do not need a lawyer at all, we will tell you that instead of taking the case.
What we do in the first week.
We identify everyone who may be responsible and every insurance policy that may apply, because that determines what the case can realistically accomplish. Then we move on evidence that disappears. Surveillance video is often overwritten within a few weeks, vehicles get repaired or sold, and hazardous conditions get fixed the moment someone is hurt on them. We send written preservation demands immediately, arrange inspections and photographs, obtain the emergency call recordings and official reports, and locate witnesses while their memory is fresh and their contact information still works.
How we handle the medical side.
We make sure you are being seen by the right specialists for the injury you actually have, and we obtain the complete records rather than the summaries insurers rely on. Where a case involves a lasting injury, we develop what the future looks like, including further treatment, surgery, and the effect on your ability to work, with the physicians and experts qualified to speak to it. We also manage the medical bills and liens so that what you receive at the end is not consumed by claims against it.
How the case proceeds.
Many claims resolve with the insurer while treatment is ongoing. We do not push a file toward settlement because it is faster. If the offer does not reflect the injury, we file suit, and from there the case moves through document exchange, depositions, an examination arranged by the other side, and mediation before any trial date. We explain each step before it happens. Every settlement decision is yours, and nothing is accepted or rejected without your instruction.
Why calling early matters.
Insurers open a file within days and often ask for a recorded statement before an injured person has seen a specialist or understood the extent of the injury. Meanwhile the video is cycling out and the scene is changing. The consultation is free and our fee is contingent, so calling early costs you nothing and preserves options that quietly close on their own.
